MSc in
European Master Molecular Pathology Université Côte d’Azur (UCA)

Introduction
More and more, diagnostic, prognostic and predictive biomarkers are being used to select appropriate medical treatments. Increasingly sophisticated techniques are being used at a molecular level and are seeing rapid development. This creates a critical need for adequate training.
This program will prioritize contributions from the highest-level expert practitioners and academics, and will provide students with practical training in the diagnosis of molecular pathologies and clinical research, especially in oncology and infectious diseases.
Program Outcome
Students will acquire the following skills:
- Appropriate theoretical and technical aspects of molecular pathology
- Elaborate a diagnostic in main disease areas
- Enforce quality requirements to guarantee results reproducibility and exchange
- Define bioethical rules in accordance with various European regulations
- Integrate bioinformatics and artificial intelligence
