Introduction
Nursing Programs offer a path to rewarding employment with growing job opportunities. At Maine College of Health Professions, nursing students attend classes, train in state-of-the-art simulation labs, and take care of patients of all ages in various clinical settings. Students gain in-depth and hands-on experience in the full spectrum of patient care, including maternity, long-term care, paediatrics, surgery, critical care, rehabilitation, mental health, post-surgery, and cardiac care. With options to pursue an Associate’s Degree, Bachelor of Science, or C.N.A. in Nursing, students at every career stage can advance within their field. The primary objective of an MCHP education is to graduate nurses who are well-trained and demonstrate the knowledge, concepts, and skills to become a Registered Nurse.
