There are many types of financial aid available to students at Houston Christian University. Every new undergraduate residential student is eligible for a Freshman Merit Award based on their high school academic performance. Additional scholarships are available for both undergraduate and graduate students based on area of academic study.
Federal grants and student loans are also available to those who meet certain need-based criteria based on their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Eligible students may also qualify for a federal work-study position on campus.
