Australian College Of Nursing

Introduction

The College of Nursing Australia (ACN) is committed to advancing nurse leadership to enhance health care. At our college, we strongly believe that all nurses can be leaders regardless of their job title or level of seniority. By bringing together thousands of extraordinary nurses from across the country, we build a strong collective voice for nursing and command respect and recognition our profession deserves.

We provide opportunities for our members to shape our position statements about important aspects of nursing, aged care, and health care delivery to all Australians.

As an educational organization, our postgraduate, continuing professional development (CPD) and training courses are renowned for equipping nurses with further knowledge of their chosen specialty and extending their clinical skills. We specialize in nurse leadership education, courses, and workshops. The College of Nursing Australia also develops customized education courses to meet organizational training needs.
