It is necessary to build a social system that suits such situations, and it is necessary to improve social welfare, including reviewing the social security system.
In recent years, the importance of social workers and mental health workers, who are professionals in social welfare, has increased. These specialists are called social workers, and are aimed at children, the elderly, people with disabilities, etc. in various places such as welfare facilities, business establishments, medical institutions, social welfare councils, government agencies, prisons, and conservation observation stations. I am active.
In the Department of Social Welfare of our university, we are focusing on training social workers who have practical skills. Focusing on the person in need of support and the environment surrounding the person, you can learn a wide range of topics, from assistance to individuals to working on measures, based on knowledge in the micro and macro fields. The pass rate of the national examination is also maintained at the top class, and many of the graduates are active in the fields of social welfare, medical care, and administration.
