Undergraduate course organized by the faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Banat in Timișoara is Veterinary medicine available in English and in Romanian for 6 years. The Veterinary Medicine program leads to Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

The EC2U Joint Master’s Degree “LIFELINE – Lifelong Well-being and Healthy Ageing” is a 2-year Master’s Degree (4 semesters, 30 ECTS each, 120 ECTS in total) that provides students with the knowledge, skills, professional and research competences necessary to the specialists of interdisciplinary approaches concerning lifelong well-being and healthy ageing. This degree is in line with professional practice within national and European public institutions and private companies and will form high-level experts in the bio-psychosocial fields related to well-being and ageing.

The program of study Medicine (English) was founded in 1995.
After 6 years of study and passing the license exam, the graduates get the diploma of Medical Doctor. The graduates obtain these professional skills following theoretical and practical subjects in our faculty and five clinical hospitals: Identification of the pathological conditions and correct diagnosis of the disease and/or associated diseases; Development and implementation of an appropriate treatment plan for the condition (disease) identified; etc.

This educational program for medical students includes theoretical courses, practical laboratories and clinical internships for the dentistry specialization.

The study program “Kinesiology and Special Motility” has the task to form specialists in the prevention and rehabilitation of functional sequelae following various pathologies, as well as in other areas of human motion. After attending the bachelor study cycle, the students should be able to: prove good theoretical knowledge in the domain; prove clinical competence in assessment, physical treatment planning, and its implementation; identify the functional assessment methods specific to various pathologies; etc.

This educational program for medical students is a complex academic course, which includes theoretical courses, practical laboratories and clinical internships in various specializations. Our graduation diplomas are recognized in the European Union.

Romanian citizens, as well as the EU/EEA citizens, Swiss Confederation citizens and non-UE citizens, can apply for enrolment at this faculty according to the laws in force.

The master's degree program, MALPRAXIS IN MEDICAL PRACTICE (the first of its kind in the country) meets a new problem facing both medical and legal practice. The master's degree program, "Malpractice in medical practice ”Is a post-bachelor's degree program aimed at advanced knowledge in the field of undergraduate studies, deepening knowledge in areas close to undergraduate studies, as well as developing scientific research capabilities.

The Faculty of Medicine has modern facilities, laboratories equipped to correspond to future physicians' optimal training. The educational process within “Iuliu Haţieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy has an applicative nature, this being an asset of Cluj medical education.

The essay will present personal motivation of candidate with respect to the election of the veterinary profession, insisting on previous personal experience in animal husbandry and/or care and the mission of a future veterinarian.

The Master's degree in "Techniques and Methods of Rehabilitation of Patients with Rheumatological Diseases" is organized by the Medical Rehabilitation discipline of the Faculty of Medicine and aims to resume training in the rehabilitation of rheumatological diseases through master studies initiated in 2008 and to bring novelties taking into account of the current preoccupations in the field of rehabilitation and in the research activity within the organizing discipline.

The study program aims to train physiotherapists able to help people improve their health or recover from various diseases; the students are taught different knowledge about the human body, the physiological functions and the behavior in health and disease conditions, the relationship between health and physical and social environment.

The Faculty of Medicine was first established in 1867, so that, according to the decree accompanying this decision, “the existing departments of the secondary school of medicine became faculty departments starting with the 1867-1868 academic year”, and “the tenured professors of these departments holding the academic title of Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) became faculty professors”.
