Introduction
The bachelor's program in dental care is suitable for you who like to work versatile in promoting people's oral health. As a dental student, you are in close contact with the study staff, fellow students and patients of all ages. After an introductory semester with practice in basic clinical skills and introduction to basic subjects, you begin with clinical treatment of patients at the faculty's student clinics.
Dental care is a knowledge-based profession-oriented study that consists of theory, clinical practice in the student clinics and versatile practice training in the community. Communication and interaction are a consistent and important part of the study. You learn this through theoretical teaching and practical exercise, such as oral presentations and teaching at group and individual level.
